Senior Pastor of Excellence

Every member of the local church is a full-time minister, but one leader is uniquely called to the office of the Senior Pastor.  The Senior Pastor releases the resources of the church when he stewards his authority well to serve the potential of others.  In this fourteen-week course, learn about the unseen life of the lead pastor: how to lead at home, leading through key leaders, bringing the best out of people, making the most of resources, and how to pursue the vision God has for the local church.
